If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, you are not alone. Sizing varies by style, cut, material and manufacturer, so the same label can fit differently from one piece to the next. Here is a simple way to decide.
Step 1: Measure your dog

Step 2: Use the product's own size chart
Compare your numbers with the chart or fit note on the product page, not with the size your dog usually wears. Product-specific measurements take priority over general guidance. Some product pages add their own tips; for example, a knit sweater page may suggest comparing the garment measurements with a piece that already fits your dog comfortably.
Step 3: If you are between two sizes
We generally recommend the larger size for comfort, unless the product page says otherwise. Some styles fit closer to the body and others are more relaxed, so check the notes on each product.
Step 4: Ask us before you order
Email kekaapparel@gmail.com with your dog's neck, chest and back length. We will help you choose the best available size. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit, because every dog has a different shape.
If the size does not work
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If the size does not work for your dog, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy and size availability:
- Exchanges are for size only, not for a different color, style or product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Email us with your order number, the size you received, the size you need, and clear photos showing the original tags.
- Wait for our confirmation of availability and return instructions before sending anything back.
- The customer pays the shipping cost to return the original item. For the first approved size exchange on an order shipped within the United States, Keka Apparel covers standard shipping for the replacement size.
