Keka Apparel offers pet apparel, accessories, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, prices, measurements, and availability accurately.
However, product appearance may vary due to photography, screen settings, materials, manufacturing variations, cut, or manufacturer.
Pet clothing sizing may vary significantly between products and manufacturers.
Customers are responsible for measuring their pet and reviewing the product-specific size information before ordering.
Do not rely solely on the size your pet normally wears.
If you are unsure about sizing, you may contact us at kekaapparel@gmail.com with your pet’s neck, chest, and back length measurements before ordering.
Any sizing guidance provided by Keka Apparel is intended to help you select the best available size but cannot guarantee a perfect fit because pets have different body shapes and proportions.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
If an order is cancelled by Keka Apparel after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, incorrect product information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
PAYMENT

SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & SIZE EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
If the size does not work for your pet, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy and size availability.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Keka Apparel.
For the first approved size exchange on an order shipped within the United States, Keka Apparel will cover the shipping cost of the replacement size.
Please review our Exchange Policy before returning any item.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, Keka Apparel branding, original graphics, text, design, photographs owned by us, and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to La Nonna Foods LLC and/or Keka Apparel.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use protected Keka Apparel content for commercial purposes without authorization.

El cliente es responsable del costo de enviar el artículo original de regreso a Keka Apparel.
Para el primer cambio de talla aprobado de un pedido enviado dentro de los Estados Unidos, Keka Apparel cubrirá el costo del envío de la talla de reemplazo.
