Size & fit

Please measure your dog’s neck, chest and back length before ordering. Choose the size according to your dog’s measurements rather than breed or usual clothing size. If your dog falls between sizes, select the larger size.

Safety note

Check the fit, snaps, drawstrings and D-ring before every outing. For dogs that pull strongly, use a dedicated walking harness.

Chest — around the widest point, just behind the front legs
Back — from the base of the neck to the base of the tail

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a preference for another color, style, design, or product.

Size exchanges for the same item in another available size may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, free of pet hair, stains, or odors, and returned with original tags and packaging.

The customer pays return shipping for the original item. For the first approved size exchange on an order shipped within the United States, Keka Apparel covers standard shipping for the replacement size. Expedited upgrades and any additional exchange shipping, if approved, are the customer's responsibility.

If we send the wrong item or size, or the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Once confirmed, Keka Apparel will cover the applicable shipping costs and provide the appropriate replacement or other remedy.
